Attendance Management
Attendance can be managed for both students as well as employees, Admin can give access to employee to take attendance for students or for employees. Admin and whoever have access to take attendance, he/she can take attendance, generate reports etc. In the below section we have explain which user roles can access or view which features of attendance management. Also we have attach some screen shots for better understanding of the schoolites system.
Attendance Section For Admins
Admin can give permission to any employee of the school to manage attendance of a particular class. or even admin can assign permission to handle employee attendance management.
Attendance can be taken for students as well as for teachers. Both attendance management are independent of each other. named as Student Attendance Management and Employee Attendance Management
Admin can take and record attedance online for all the classes and
if a student skip school then his/her parents/guardian are notified right away with just a click,
So no student can skip school without his/her parents/guardian knowing about it.
Admin can also see attendance from the previous classes of a student and analiyse whether
the student is improving or not.
Admin can generate report on monthly basis to use for offline references.
Attendance can be taken as Present, Absent, Half Day, or Medical.
Attendance Section For Students
All students are well aware of the attendance percentage in class to meet the minimum attendance required according to their respective schools.
Students can also see attendance from the previous year classes to analiyse whether their attendance percentage is improving or not.
Attendance Section For Parents
If a student skips school then his/her parents/guardian are notified right away, So no student can skip school without his/her parents/guardian knowing about it.
Parent can also see attendance from the previous classes of a student and analiyse whether his/her child is improving or not.
Attendance Section For Teachers
Teachers can take and record attedance online for all the classes and if a student skips school then his/her parents/guardian are notified right away with just a click, So no student can skip school without his/her parents/guardian knowing about it.
